Crystal Reardon’s background has primarily focused on education and youth development, encompassing both hands-on programmatic roles and behind-the-scenes operations and fundraising support. Most recently, she served as the Research and Development Operations Manager for EARTH University Foundation, where her responsibilities included prospect research and management alongside various duties in operations and human resources. Prior to her time at EARTH University Foundation, she served as a Program Specialist with Girls Inc. of Greater Atlanta and as a TEFL Peace Corps volunteer in Nicaragua.
