Position Overview

The Georgia Resilience and Opportunity (GRO) Fund is seeking a Senior Director of Program Innovation to serve as GRO’s most senior programmatic leader and member of the leadership team. This is a high-impact role for a rigorous, solutions-oriented practitioner who can hold two things at once: ensuring that GRO’s existing programs run with excellence and meet participants’ needs, while building the innovation and learning infrastructure to drive the organization’s new strategy.  

The salary for this position is $120,000–$155,000, with eligibility for an annual performance bonus. The GRO Fund also offers a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance; paid parental leave; generous PTO; a monthly cell phone stipend; and retirement.
