Alicia Fitch is the Communications & Narrative Manager at the Georgia Resilience & Opportunity Fund, where she supports strategic communications and storytelling initiatives to drive narrative change and community engagement. Previously, she served as the Senior Designer at ManageMint Inc., developing branding, content strategies, and marketing campaigns for mission-driven organizations.

With a strong background in design, branding, and content strategy, Alicia blends creativity with strategic messaging to make a lasting impact. She holds a B.A. in English from Georgia Southern University. Alicia is originally from Hartford, Connecticut, but she proudly considers herself a true Georgia peach. Outside of work, she loves cooking new recipes, tackling DIY projects, and spending time with her family.
