What is the GRO Rapid Response Fund?

The GRO Rapid Response Fund is an emergency cash assistance program led by the GRO Fund to support households impacted by the pause in SNAP payments. This privately funded program is designed to help Atlanta families with dependent children who are experiencing a loss or interruption to their SNAP benefits. We aim to help fill the gap for food assistance now, because families cannot eat today on money promised tomorrow.

How To Support

The GRO Fund is dedicating $100,000 to provide financial assistance to families affected by the loss of SNAP benefits.

Our initial commitment is a declaration that we will show up for our communities–but we can’t do it alone. We need you to join us in turning this commitment into a wave of relief.

Every dollar counts. If $300 isn’t possible today, your gift still moves families toward the finish line. We pool partial gifts to fund full $300 payments.
