Ashley Reid brings over 15 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations strengthen financial strategy, operational effectiveness and organizational capacity through thoughtful systems design. Prior to joining GRO, Ashley served as CFO at The Ready, worked as a fractional finance consultant, and held senior finance leadership roles with organizations including The Recycling Partnership, WABE, Wholesome Wave Georgia, and Atlanta Ballet. Throughout her career, she has specialized in translating complex financial and operational challenges into practical, sustainable solutions that help leaders make informed decisions and scale their impact. Ashley earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Dance from The State University of New York, The College at Brockport.
